11月20日讯 近日，湖人后卫拉塞尔在自己的播客节目《The Backyard Podcast》中谈到了自己的心态。

拉塞尔表示自己刚开始很难接受替补角色，但他已经开始接受这个角色，并认为这是一个不惜一切代价帮助湖人获胜的机会。

拉塞尔说道：“上赛季是我生涯第九个赛季。你知道任何时候都可能换新教练，而且自己任何时候都有可能被交易。所以我的心态就是要打出精彩表现，我想得高分，我会出手很多次。

“但现在，让我们用正确的方式来做。如果你要上场，就要以正确的方式去。它可能不是场均25分，或者场均8助攻，或者球权使用率很高，但会表现出不同的方式。只是方法不同而已。我现在非常投入，不管状态如何起伏。”

本赛季，拉塞尔场均12.1分2.1篮板4.8助攻1抢断，他首发了8场比赛之后被贬为替补（5场）。
